How to debunk diet myths
Sustainable nutrition/food ideas
Grocery store hacks and nutrition label reading done right
This series will also include light movement sessions that are appropriate for all abilities. Guest speaker Kate Preissler, Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer from Thrive Wellness will join us to introduce additional fitness techniques along with her coaching skills and perspective.
The goal of this series is to give you the tools and understanding to listen to your body while integrating simple nutrition advice. Connect with others who have had similar experiences. This series is for those who want sustainable and lasting change, improved health and clear ideas to accomplish their goals.
