Join Jessica Dorner, Registered Dietitian and Kate Preissler, Certified Health Coach & Personal Trainer for a half-day retreat focused on the power of mindfulness to achieve optimal health and create lasting wellness.
Mindfulness is a natural quality we all have. It’s available to us in every moment if we know how to tap into it!
During this event, you will learn how to integrate mindfulness strategies into your daily nutrition, fitness, and self-care routine.

Piyo Flow (movement session for all ages and life stages)
Mini meditation and discussion
Self-care discussion and goal setting with activity
Mindful Eating discussion with activity
Balanced and nutritious lunch provided
Closing Reflections & Questions
The goal of this retreat is for participants to enjoy authentic connection with like-minded women while embracing a new way of being and experiencing greater freedom and joy. Open to all ages and life stages!
